This series Include patches for:
clean fixed16.16 naming & make them consistent
reuse intel_compute_linetime_wm in hsw
optimize wm calculation code
enable/Implement trans wm calculation
Changes Since V1:
- Split fixed16 cleanup code in more logical patches (Maarten)
- make intel_compute_linetime_wm function static (Maarten)
