[Intel-wired-lan] [PATCH iwl-next V2 14/15] vfio: Expose vfio_device_has_container()

Expose vfio_device_has_container() to be used by drivers
to know what is the vfio uAPI probed by user application.

Next patch for ice vfio pci driver will use it.
