[PATCH v3 0/3] Improve hw reserved PAT checking

[Matthew Auld]

This came up recently, where there was some confusion around the
!coh_mode checking, for hw reserved PAT index. Series removes that
completely and just uses pat.valid.

v2:
  - Update the kernel-doc to reflect the behaviour change in
    get_coh_mode().
  - With that we should then harden everything else and
    make this consistent. Add a new patch for this.
v3:
  - Improve is_valid() to return false for out-of-range (Tejas).

[PATCH v3 1/3] drm/xe/pat: initialise pat.valid everywhere

We were only doing this for xe2+. However, having a central way
to determine if any index is reserved/valid will be useful later.
Currently we abuse checking coh_mode, which is a bit of a hack and can
be confusing.

[PATCH v3 2/3] drm/xe: revamp hw reserved PAT index checking

This came up recently, where the current code uses the following to
check for hw reserved/invalid:

   if (XE_IOCTL_DBG(xe, !coh_mode))

This works, but is actually confusing since coh_mode being zero is valid
from the spec pov, but here coh_mode is some driver defined value and
not the value from the spec.

To avoid any confusion, revamp this to just to pat.valid directly.

Make the bevaviour consistent. If trying to extract comp or l3 on an
unknown index, just treat as a programmer error, like we already do for
coh_mode (implicit).

I'm not really fan tbh. It's a basically just a BUG_ON() level event if 
we get here and not something we should see in production. Trying to 
then add fallbacks might not be helping much (also no test coverage).
