During LR exec queue cleanup, if the GuC firmware is not running,
the driver cannot communicate with the GuC to properly deregister
the exec queue. In this case, directly destroy the exec queue
instead of attempting deregistration.
This prevents schedule disable failure and GuC ID resource leaks as
below dmesg log:

Hey Shuicheng,
Matt B. had also pointed me to your series - I had missed it somehow.
I'm seeing something similar but in the wedged path and have an idea in
[1]. Let me test your latest changes here and I'll get back here -
happy to go with your change if it's working (not a full review here
yet..)
Thanks,
Stuart

This doesn't cover the case where the GuC is reset after we send the
message but before we get a reply. There is also already a check below
and inside disable_scheduling_deregister to cover the case where the GuC
is not responding (guc_read_stopped()), which should also cover the case
where the GuC has already been reset. That flow is probably not working
as expected, so it might be worth having a look at fixing that instead.

Hi Stuart,
This patch is specifically for LR exec queue.
And there is another patch for normal exec queue that is already merged:

Ah got it. Yeah I have tested with that other patch and it wasn't
working for my case since the GuC is alive at the time of H2G
communication, but then died before we received a response. My patch
attempts to cover that case. I'll take a look at both of these though
and get back.

If GuC is reset by xe driver, the ct buffer will be cleared, so driver cannot get a
reply after GuC is running again, and the exec_queue will not be freed by driver.
It seems my patch cannot cover this case yet. But if GuC is in reset, xe driver is
Already in the gt restart path, not sure how exec queue will be handled in this
path, need more time to figure out it.
For this case, should driver send deregister action regardless guc state, and free
the resource from driver side immediately without waiting for the done signal?
Maybe we could handle it when there is real case hit it.
For disable_scheduling_deregister(), it just do the DEREGISTER action send,
then driver will release the exec queue resource after receiving done signal.
For my case, disable_scheduling_deregister() could run without issue, but as
GuC is already stopped, the ACTION DONE is never returned, so lead to the
exec queue resource is not released.
BTW, it seems I need call xe_exec_queue_put() to release LR queue instead of
__guc_exec_queue_destroy. Let me check it. Thanks.

I want to rework LR queues to use the normal TDR / refcounting scheme.
I don't really like a direct destroy here as it can invert or we have
have dangling refs to queue here.
So I'd say live with this until I rework this.
