Return the lowest port clock for HDMI when the reverse algorithm
calculates it to be 0 to avoid errors later but throw a warn.

drm/i915/ltphy: Return lowest portclock for HDMI from reverse algorithm
Return the lowest port clock for HDMI when the reverse algorithm
calculates it to be 0 to avoid errors later but throw a warn.

I am still thinking to have separate functions for few of the parameters.
For pll_reg_* and lf parameter we need many intermediate inter-related
values, so doesnt make sense to have a separate function for them.
But for other parameters that need few of the fixed values that are only
used to calculate them, I think it makes sense to have separate
functions for them. So we can have something like:

compute_dco_fine(struct ly_phy_params *p, u32 dco_12g);
This will help to quickly see which parameter depend on which all
intermediate values.
Also, some fixed values that are used only to compute one parameter will
be locally scoped.
Apart from this I am wondering whether we should have a separate file
for this : intel_lt_phy_hdmi_pll.c similar to one we have for snps_phy.
