This series fixes some mistakes in helpers to calculate DSC
range_bpg_offset and  QP index selections. Due to these, there are
corruption seen with few panels [1].

Thanks for the Reporter, Ivan Aslamov to find out the typos/mistakes and
root cause the issue.

Fix the typo in the QP index selection for a given bpp.

The QP table rows increment in steps of 0.5 bpp, meaning each integer
bpp step corresponds to 2 rows in the table. While refactoring the index
calculation to support fractional bpp, the multiplier of 2 was dropped
for the integer bpp portion.

Restore the missing factor of 2 in the integer part of the bpp calculation
to correctly align the QP selection with the table layout.

Does this calculation completely fix the index calculation, or is there a
missing scaling factor for fractional_bits?

Earlier in calculate_rc_params(), fractional_bits is extracted directly from
a Q4 value:

    int fractional_bits = fxp_q4_to_frac(vdsc_cfg->bits_per_pixel);

Since fxp_q4_to_frac() returns the raw Q4 fractional bits (which are strictly
in the range 0-15), the condition (fractional_bits < 5000) will always evaluate
to true. 

Because of this, the expression (fractional_bits < 5000 ? 0 : 1) will always
evaluate to 0, which means the 0.5 fractional bpp increment is ignored. Is
fractional_bits missing the 10000 scaling factor expected by this logic?

The commit
3abe2824e1af ("drm/i915/dsc: Use helper to calculate range_bpg_offset")
added the helper to compute range bpg offset. There was a mistake in the
divisor which caused the helper to interpolate the offset in the reverse
direction, causing visual corruption in some panels.

Correct the divisor in the helper.
