Can anyone in the mailing list point me to the official TODO list of
kernel Janitors project?
Is this list up to date "http://kernelnewbies.org/KernelJanitors/Todo"?

I just want a confirmation.

It's not a bad list.  It pretty much still applies.  It's probably
best to start with staging/ because churn is welcome in staging.
