Hi All,

       I am a kernel-tester newbie.
       I  will test a file system and memory, include performance and
stress.   please help me recommend some test tools.

For filesystems and block devices I recommend looking into fio – flexible I/O 
tester.

But aside from that I am not sure whether this mailing list is used and 
active anymore.

I am no kernel dev myself, but contribute with bug reports from time to 
time.
