[PATCH] kexec, unexport kexec_load()

When compiling the kernel the following warning occurs:

/root/linux/usr/include/linux/kexec.h:50: userspace cannot reference
function or variable defined in the kernel

kexec_load does not have a matching definition in the kernel.
Userspace will call the syscall for kexec_load.
