These patches fix the guest eating up 100% cpu when they are idle. Now it only eats up 6% cpu time. 

I have moved the Linux idle.c patch out to idle_4xx.c so that it is not in generic code. I have also moved the wait queue in kvm to the proper place and added a more appropriate check.
