[PATCH v8 7/8] KVM: SVM: Use BIT_ULL for 64-bit misc_ctl bit definitions

Replace BIT() with BIT_ULL() for SVM misc control bit definitions
since misc_ctl is a 64-bit field in the VMCB control area structure.

No functional change intended.
