This doesn't seem to match the spec:

I would have expected something like:

	    kvm_has_feat(kvm, ID_AA64PFR0_EL1, EL3, IMP))
		res0 |= MDCR_EL2_MTPME;

making it forever RES0, since NV always exposes an EL3 so that SMC
appears as a valid instruction, even in situations where EL3 isn't
implemented.
