[LARTC] statistics gathering program in c/c++

Hello ..
Exist anywhere program for gathering class statistics (rate,etc ...) for
next processing in compillable form (c,c++) for small embedded
environment without perl  and scripting languages? 

I'm not programmer so I can't write this program in c.  I tried to use
perlcc for tcmonitor.pl from docum.org but compillation failed.

I'm also not a programmer :), but maybe you can use the snmp extension as a 
start: http://x-ray.prokon.cz/data/snmp/
