Hello i have this setup, and the class of 80kbit
(bounded) doesn't work:

tc class add dev eth0 parent 10:1 classid 10:100 cbq bandwidth 100Mbit rate 80kbit allot 1514 weight 8Kbit prio 5 maxburst 12 avpkt 1000 bounded
tc class add dev eth0 parent 10:100 classid 10:101 cbq bandwidth 100Mbit \
   rate 40kbit allot 1514 weight 4Kbit prio 4 maxburst 6 avpkt 1000 borrow bounded
tc class add dev eth0 parent 10:100 classid 10:102 cbq bandwidth 100Mbit \

what is the problem?
I want to limit the class 10:100 to only  80kbit but when all curstomers (3) download
at the same time (40 kbit) it the 10:100 class exceed 80kbit.
In this example i put only 3 customer but i think to put 10, each customer bounded
at 40 kbit.
