Hello,

Would anyone be able to tell me or give me a pointer into
doing shaping/limiting on a per IP address/subnet basis ?

I am interested in having traffic pass through a Linux box and the box
will limit IP addresses behind it to particular speeds.
From what I gather this would require some form of classful shaping.

Thanks much,

Lennard Kong
