Good news for the EDE

Hi all,

 At the moment I write this, I'm commiting the support for
post-compilation root device selection. From now on the root device is
configured after the compilation using the "rdev" utility.

 I'm going to write an ELKS version of it(or port the original), so the
EDE will be able to change the root device of the kernel on the fly.

I uploaded a version of my knl utility to the elkscmd CVS a while back,
and I think EDE was trying to make use of that, and failing because of
the fa¢t that wasnt using the fields it sets. Your patch to elks listed
above should get it working as well...
