When I compile the kernel with networking support,
ktcp.c can't include a file called linuxmt/time.h, and
config.h can't include a file called
linuxmt/autoconf.h. I have searched the partition and
the files are indeed nonexistent. Where can I find the files?

This files come from the ELKS kernel. In a correct setup bcc is supposed
to find them.

I found a dozen versions of time.h and 2 versions of
autoconf.h. Which ones do I use? Or are the files in
the directory you compile ELKS in? It says
<linuxmt/(thing).h>, so I don't think that's the case.
