Change to the Makefile is looking for a script which isn't there.

I had to grab 1.62 to get to compile

make -C arch/i86/drivers/char/KeyMaps Config.in
make[1]: Entering directory

/bin/sh: ./mkcfg: No such file or directory

Simplified keycode system, also ANSI'fied and reindented
arch/i86/drivers/char s
ubtree.

Riley can you cvs add the file and directory then commit.  This should
fix.

Many thanks for pointing that out. I thought I had cvs add'ed that
script, but obviously not. I'm committing that (plus the standardisation
of various function prototypes as detailed in the CHANGELOG) as I type,
so you should be able to grab it shortly.

With this commit, 98% of the ANSI'fication of the ELKS source tree is
complete, and I only need to run a double-check to finish that task.
Once that's done, we're all ready for 0.1.0 to be released as far as I
can tell, so if everybody can hammer the source into shape...
