sorry to disapoint you, but looks like he is not going to be there in
march, here is a part of his email to me:

Hi, Mike -

Actually, the meeting in March has been deferred to the Fall, until
world tensions subside
a bit. I did give a similar presentation at SoftwareLivre last year in
Brazil. See also the
website in the signature.
