Using default settings, only 128 inodes are on root,
which isn't even enough for the folders and devices.
This can be fixed with an -i 256 flag in the Makefile,
but 360KB isn't near enough to fit all the files.

Have you tested it with or without Claudio's changes to the
disk image generation on Makefile?
