Convert the deprecated SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS
to DEFINE_SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS

Also use pm_sleep_ptr() when assigning the ops to the driver.
This allows the removal of the ifdef CONFIG_PM_SLEEP.
