How about mipi-disco.c? I wouldn't mind having mipi-disco-imaging.c either.

This works only up to seven lanes. I guess this can be addressed later in
case we get devices with 8 lanes. But adding a comment here (or where the
maximum number of lanes is defined) that this needs to be fixed would be
prudent to avoid introducing a bug later on.
