Can anyone recommend an e-mail to fax tool for Linux?

Hello all,

I apologize if this isn't exactly appropriate for this list.

I am currently in need of a piece of software that will take a formatted
e-mail and send it to a fax machine as a fax.  The software must run on
Linux (it's meant to be a replacement for FaxWare on Novell).  Does
anyone here have experience with such an animal to make a
recommendation?   Someone told me that CommuniGate Pro incorporates this
functionality but I've not found anything that supports this.  It
appears to me that Stalker Software only has CommuniGate Fax for MacOS.

Thoughts?

  It's been awhile but I've used Hylafax to do this. 
It's free and can be configured fairly easy.  I think
procmail can be used to feed the faxes from email to
the fax server.

Yo Ian!

I have always used "faxmail" from the "hylafax" package.

Works for me.  I hear there are newer packages that may be better but
it aint't broke so I don't fix it.  YMMV.
