[PATCH v2 7/9] arm64: dts: imx8ulp-evk: Enable LPUART7

The i.MX 8ULP EVK proto1B revision routes LPUART7 TX/RX to the FT4232
PortD connector (J25/J26 pins 2-3). Enable the port by default so the
additional serial console is available out of the box.
