These three patches convert the sun6i-mipi-csi2, sun8i-a83t-mipi-csi2,
and sun6i-csi bridge drivers to use the V4L2 subdev active state API.

Each patch has already received review and testing individually in
previous postings (see the changelog and links within each patch for
that history), but none have been picked up and none currently have
a delegate on patchwork. Resending together to make it easier to
review and apply as a group.

No code changes since the last posted version of each patch.

Use the V4L2 subdev active state API to store the active format.
This simplifies the driver not only by dropping the bridge mbus_format
field, but it also allows dropping the bridge lock, replaced with
the state lock.

The sun6i-mipi-csi2 hardware does not perform any format conversion.
Enforce identical formats on the sink and source pads in the set_fmt()
and init_state() callbacks.

Use the V4L2 subdev active state API to store the active format.
This simplifies the driver not only by dropping the bridge mbus_format
field, but it also allows dropping the bridge lock, replaced with
the state lock.

Previously, capture accessed bridge private state directly. After
moving to framework-managed state, resolve the format through the
subdev pad API.

The sun6i-csi-bridge hardware does not perform any format conversion.
Enforce identical formats on the sink and source pads in the set_fmt()
and init_state() callbacks.
