The PCI subsystem should be re-gated, otherwise any access to PCI hangs the
system. Besides, on Harmony you need to enable two additional voltage supplies
to provide PEX_CLK voltage.
I'll send the patches that handle it, hopefully in the next few days.

I understood that from first comment. But I am not in favor
of polluting common ARM files with SOC specific #ifdeffery.
We have gone over this when first errata support
was added for PL310

I have a better way to handle this scenario.
Expect an updated patch for this.

The problem here is that we must configure the mailbox ID's and this support 
is not available in the socketCan sub-system.

You are right. Changed this to writel_relaxed and picked
28e18293cf0f8d23a0950d7b1d2212d11af494dc. Now it is working fine.

s3c24xx_ts_set_platdata is annotated __init and not used by any module,
thus don't export it.
This patch fixes below warning:

WARNING: arch/arm/plat-samsung/built-in.o(__ksymtab+0x90): Section mismatch in reference from the variable __ksymtab_s3c24xx_ts_set_platdata to the function .init.text:s3c24xx_ts_set_platdata()
The symbol s3c24xx_ts_set_platdata is exported and annotated __init
Fix this by removing the __init annotation of s3c24xx_ts_set_platdata or drop the export.

This adds the mmc host driver for Freescale MXS-based SoC i.MX23/28.
The driver calls into mxs-dma via generic dmaengine api for both pio
and data transfer.

* [PATCH v2 1/3] dmaengine: mxs-dma: add dma support for i.MX23/28

This patch adds dma support for Freescale MXS-based SoC i.MX23/28,
including apbh-dma and apbx-dma.

* apbh-dma and apbx-dma are supported in the driver as two instances,
  and have to be filtered by dma clients via device id.  It becomes
  the convention that apbh-dma always gets registered prior to
  apbx-dma.

* apbh-dma is different between mx23 and mx28, hardware version
  register is used to handle the differences.

* mxs-dma supports pio function besides data transfer.  The driver
  uses dma_data_direction DMA_NONE to identify the pio mode, and
  steals sgl and sg_len to get pio words and numbers from clients.

* mxs dmaengine has some very specific features, like sense function
  and the special NAND support (nand_lock, nand_wait4ready).  These
  are too specific to implemented in generic dmaengine driver.

* The driver refers to imx-sdma and only a single descriptor is
  statically assigned to each channel.

yes,that's what I tought...I'd be happy to have my name in the
copyrights,however I'm not sure the contribution is relevant
enough...still it was quite some work for
me (rebasing,debugging,upstrem ajustements).

There was a thread about that with the nexus one support from Daniel
Walker in the msm mailing list...I don't have it off hand because I'm
on a mobile device.

Now, it works fine with omission D-cache invalidate on S5PV210. Basically, Samsung S5P SoCs have some kind of hardware initialization code. So I'm not sure it has something for it, will/need to check it to hardware guys soon :) Then let you know about that ;)

As a note, I will test your updated generic CPU suspend/resume support on Samsung SoCs also, if any available branch which has p2v patches for it, please let me know. Anyway sorry for late testing on board.

I'm redefining the flags of dma prep function as whether the current
sg list should be appended to the last one in the ccw chain, so that
data transfer can be done along with pio controller register.  Please
see mxs-dma v2 coming soon for details.

vfp_pm_suspend should save the VFP state any time there is
a last_VFP_context.  If it only saves when the VFP is enabled,
the state can get lost when, on a UP system:
   Thread 1 uses the VFP
   Context switch occurs to thread 2, VFP is disabled but the
      VFP context is not saved to allow lazy save and restore
   Thread 2 initiates suspend
   vfp_pm_suspend is called with the VFP disabled, but the
      context has not been saved.

Modify vfp_pm_suspend to save the VFP context whenever
last_VFP_context is set.
