[PATCH 1/2] block: drbd: fix typos in comments

Fix typos in comments, reported by scripts/checkpatch.pl using the
misspelling list in scripts/spelling.txt.  Only touches comments, no code
changes.

[PATCH 2/2] block: fix repeated word 'is' in comment

Typo fixes like this are usually only worth it if they come with "real"
fixes in the same general area. Otherwise, they just cause unneccessary
churn for the involved maintainers.
