As I see, iocq->lock guards iocq->head. So shouldn't we annotate
iocq->head with __guarded_by(iocq->lock)? For instance,

struct iocq_ktio {
	struct list_head head;
                 __guarded_by(&lock);
	spinlock_t lock;
};
