[Bluez-users] pin code problem - noob

hi !

i'm trying to do the authentification between a palm
m515 and my laptop with linux (suse 8.2) and a usb
dongle (acer). But that doesn't work (the palm work
with others devices for authentification) because it
seems that bluez can't find the pin code. Here's the
dump :

        TX bytes:348 acl:0 sco:0 commands:17 errors:0

but i don't understant why the palm doesn't even ask
me for the pin code ...

don't enable auth and encrypt in hcid.conf, because this sets your
device into security mode 3 and this is not needed. Check that the PIN
helper script is working. If not replace it with a simple shell script.
