I am working on 2.6.4 kernel. I am trying to configure my bluetooth usb
dongle by widcomm on my PC. but remain unable to.
bluez is there on the system. but i didn't find few of the config
files. and also the there is no such device name hci0 or so in /dev
directory.
please tell me what are the exact step to configure a bluetooth device.
and also to check whether it will work or not.

actually nobody here cares ;)

Do you have an /dev/eth0 ;)
However what do /proc/bus/usb/devices say? Do you loaded the correct USB
host controller driver? Is this a Broadcom based dongle or what?
