Hi Michal,

my main focus is now to get the generic HID parser for 2.6 in a good
shape so I can submit it for inclusion into the mainline kernel. The 2.4
HIDP backport is boot protocol mode only and this will stay a little bit
until the 2.6 part is mature.

Do you get the hotkeys working with 2.6.7-mh4? This patch contains a HID
parser and support for the HID report protocol mode.

Regards

Marcel

Hi Marcel,

Now I am writing from 2.6.7-mh4 and non hotkey works as soon as in 2.4.

With bthid in 2.4 all works fine
with 2.6.7-mh2 worked only few keys.

Michal

there can't be a difference between 2.6.7-mh2 and 2.6.7-mh4, because
both are using the same HID code base.

Has anyone used the hotkeys of a Microsoft USB keyboard? What is the
best way of accessing or mapping these keys?

Regards

Marcel
