Hi Marcel,

I have this problem and because I don't know if it is job for you or USB guys, 
I posted it into kernel-bugs.osdl.org.

PLS check it:

when Transceiver is in 2.0 slot, everything works like a charm

sounds like a USB host driver bug.

Hmmm...I tested in this port many other devices - mouse, printer, usb flash 
disk, but everythink worked OK, except MS BT dongle... ???
