Where can i find a sortof list of all available profiles
for BlueZ stack. I tried to search on the bluez site but
cud not find one.

actually there are some presentation slides on the talks page that you
might should look at. However this stack is not about the profiles, it
is about the supported protocols and before you start thinking about
profiles you should read the profile part of the specification and
understand what protocols you need.
