Hello,
can anyone recommend a particular bluetooth device that will expectedly
work with little problems on my Sun Ultra10 (Linux 2.4)?
Searching in the mailing list archives, I discovered that
1) Kernel post-2.4.19 is required for serial devices
2) generally, a USB interface card in conjunction with a USB
device is recommended
I would generally prefer to use the machine's serial ('sunsab') interface.
But I will in fact switch to the USB solution if that will work
more reliably.
The compatibility list linked on the Bluez website lists a few
serial devices. Can all these be used on Sparc?
Thank you!
-Raimund

I never tested any serial Bluetooth device with my Ultra 10, but the USB
approach is working fine.
