Newbie - but can't see anything relevant in archive

I have a few machines running latest Ubuntu (from Windows) but my only
internet is via AVM bluetooth and a shared ISDN connector:

1. will bluez solve all my problems?

2. how do I get the initial apt or rpm to give me a connection for apt-get

AVM are particularly unhelpful

actually they are not, but you might have got the wrong guy and their
current business is based on WiFi and not Bluetooth.

However you need to capiutils and bluez-utils and then you are bascially
set. Call "ciptool search" do connect you AP and the rest is CAPI.
