[Bluez-users] RFCOMM connection to a cell phone

I am interested in tinkering with my bluetooth devices. I have been
reading the specs for the different profiles. It is my understanding
that I should be able to make an rfcomm connection to my cellphone and
issue AT commands. 

The first time the connect command is issued, the phone and computer
prompt for the key, and they both report that they paired successfully.

However, when using the command "rfcomm connect 0  00:1C:62:3A:7D:69 1"
I get "Can't connect RFCOMM socket: Connection refused".
