[PATCH 3/3] Update manpage for hid2hci tool from previous patches

This brings the manpage up to the current supported options of hid2hci
from the previous set of patches submitted.

you got combine hid2hci.c and hid2hci.8 changes in one patch if you
like. Not a hard requirement though :)
