[PATCH v2 07/12] Bluetooth: btqca: Simplify qca_send_reset() by using __hci_reset_sync()

qca_send_reset() is functionally equivalent to the newly added
__hci_reset_sync().

Drop qca_send_reset() and call __hci_reset_sync() directly.
