i have searched in  the archives.
there are lots of similar problem reports altough others say that there is
no
problem at all.
obviously  the reason for problems is the distance between the bluetooth and
the wifi device which should be at least 3 inches. the distance on my device
is 
far les. i'm using the only 2 usb ports with a bt and wifi usb token and
there is no space
between the usb ports :(

another solution is using a 5ghz wifi adapter ...

What about a USB cable for one of them?

sure. not that slim but i've already ordered one 2m cable :)
hope that the low distance is really the source of the  problem.
