[Bluez-users] No /etc/rc.d/bluetooth?

I'm trying to cross-compile and install BlueZ on an arm-linux.  Everything
seems to have sucessfully installed but there is no /etc/rc.d/bluetooth
file.  Does this mean something has gone wrong or is there some other way to
start the bluetooth.  modprobe and lsmod are not available.

Just realized it's in bluetooth-utils-3.7/scripts/ and i need to copy it
over.  Sorry for posting.
