upgrading from 6.12.59 to 6.12.60 broke my USB4 (Dynabook Thunderbolt 4
Dock)'s video output with my Framework 13 (AMD Ryzen 7840U / Radeom 780M
igpu) .
With two monitors plugged in, only one of them works, the other (always
the one on the 'video 2' output) remains blank (but receives signal).

I don't know if this is a known issue then. Couple of thing I would try is:
1. Is this reproducible on MAINLINE 6.18 ?
2. Can you bisect the cause between 6.12.59 and 6.12.60 ? (using git
bisect) - Documentation: https://docs.kernel.org/admin-guide/bug-bisect.html

and 6.17.y (if there is another 6.17.y version), as it fixes a a

Note, the mentioned patch contains "Cc:stable@vger.kernel.org # 6.17+",
but needs to go to 6.12.y, too: the culprit was backported there and
causes problems there, too.
