The video PLLs are used directly by the HDMI controller. Export them so
that we can use them in our DT node.

Currently, the parent rate given back to the clock framework in our
request is the original parent rate we calculated before trying to round
the rate of our clock.

This works fine unless our clock also changes its parent rate, in which
case we will simply ignore that change and still use the previous parent
rate.

Create a new function to re-adjust the parent rate to take the pre-dividers
into account, and give that back to the clock framework.

The current function name is a bit confusing, and doesn't really allow to
create an explicit function to reverse the operation.

We also for now change the parent rate through a pointer, while we don't
return anything.

In order to be less confusing, and easier to use for downstream users,
change the function name to something hopefully clearer, and return the
adjusted rate instead of changing the pointer.

The pre-divider retrieval code was merged into the function to apply the
current pre-divider onto the parent clock rate so that we can use that
adjusted value to do our factors computation.

However, since we'll need to do the reverse operation, we need to split out
that code into a function that will be shared.

The current code only rely on the parent to change its rate in the case
where CLK_SET_RATE_PARENT is set.

However, some clock rates might be obtained only through a modification of
the parent and the clock divider. Just rely on the round rate of the clocks
to give us the best computation that might be achieved for a given rate.

round_rate functions now need to honor CLK_SET_RATE_PARENT, but either the
functions already do that if they modify the parent, or don't modify the
praents at all.

divider_round_rate already evaluates changing the parent rate if
CLK_SET_RATE_PARENT is set. Now that we can do that on muxes too, let's
just use it.

The clocks might need to modify their parent clocks. In order to make that
possible, give them access to the parent clock being evaluated, and to a
pointer to the parent rate so that they can modify it if needed.

So far, divider_round_rate only considers the parent clock returned by
clk_hw_get_parent.

This works fine on clocks that have a single parents, this doesn't work on
muxes, since we will only consider the first parent, while other parents
may totally be able to provide a better combination.

Clocks in that case cannot use divider_round_rate, so would have to come up
with a very similar logic to work around it. Instead of having to do
something like this, and duplicate that logic everywhere, create a
divider_round_rate parent to allow caller to give an additional parameter
for the parent clock to consider.

Here is an attempt at getting the HDMI controller running.

This HDMI controller is found on a number of old Allwinner SoCs (A10, A10s,
A20, A31).

This driver only supports for now the A10s because it was an easy target,
being very close to the A13 that is already supported by our DRM driver.

There's nothing out of the extraordinary there, except maybe the clock
setup. All the internal clocks (TMDS, DDC) have been modeled using the
common clock framework, the TMDS clock being the parent of the DDC one.

While this might sound overkill, other SoC have a different, external
source for the DDC clock, which will be easier to support through the clock
framework.

The IP also supports audio (through an already supported i2s controller,
and some missing configuration in the HDMI controller) and CEC. Both will
come eventually.

  - Updated the binding to add the interrupts and DMA channels

This isn't as trivial as that. Screens usually have some tolerancies
on the timings, which will probably make it go unnoticed, even though
they are wrong.

The A83T clock control unit is a hybrid of some new style clock designs
from the A80, and old style layout from the other Allwinner SoCs.

Like the A80, the SoC does not have a low speed 32.768 kHz oscillator.
Unlike the A80, there is no clock input either. The only low speed clock
available is the internal oscillator which runs at around 16 MHz,
divided by 512, yielding a low speed clock around 31.250 kHz.

Also, the MMC2 module clock supports switching to a "new timing" mode.
This mode divides the clock output by half, and disables the CCU based
clock delays. The MMC controller must be configure to the same mode,
and then use its internal clock delays.

This driver does not support runtime switching of the timing modes.
Instead, the new timing mode is enforced at probe time. Consumers can
check which mode is active by trying to get the current phase delay
of the MMC2 phase clocks, which will return -ENOTSUPP if the new
timing mode is active.

On the A83T, the AHB1 clock has a shared pre-divider on the two
PLL-PERIPH clock parents. To support such instances of shared
pre-dividers, this patch extends the mux clock type to support
multiple variable pre-dividers.

As the pre-dividers are only used to calculate the rate, but
do not participate in the factorization process, this is fairly
straightforward.

The MMC clocks on newer SoCs, such as the A83T and H3, support the
"new timing mode". Under this mode, the output of the clock is divided
by 2, and the clock delays no longer apply.

Due to how the clock tree is modeled and setup, we need to model
this function in two places, the master mmc clock and the two
child phase clocks. In the mmc clock, we can easily model the
mode bit as an extra variable post-divider. In the phase clocks,
we check the bit and return -ENOTSUPP if the bit is set, signaling
that the phase clocks are not to be used.

This patch introduces a class of phase clocks that checks the
timing mode bit.

On some hardware, the clk phase is tied to the parent clk's
rate and some clk delay programmed into the hardware. As the
parent clk rate changes, so does the clk phase.

Add a clk flag specifying not to use the cached clk phase,
but always query the hardware for it.

The A83T clock control unit is a hybrid of some new style clock designs
from the A80, and old style layout from the other Allwinner SoCs.

Like the A80, the SoC does not have a low speed 32.768 kHz oscillator.
Unlike the A80, there is no clock input either. The only low speed clock
available is the internal oscillator which runs at around 16 MHz,
divided by 512, yielding a low speed clock around 31.250 kHz.

This is v2 of my A83T CCU series. This is for 4.13.

Changes since v1:

  - Dropped two patches that were merged

  - Added clk core flag to disable caching of clock phases

  - Added support for multiple variable pre-dividers

  - Merged "pll-periph-ahb1" pre-divider clock into "ahb1" clock
    with multiple variable pre-dividers

  - Introduced new class of phase clocks that return -ENOTSUPP
    when the clock is in new timing mode

  - Force mmc2 clock to new timing mode

  - Added back mmc2 output and sample clocks

  - Fixed bit ops for forcing audio PLL configuration

  - Added requirement for "losc" clock in device tree binding

  - Stripped leading 0 in device node name

  - Updated subject prefixes for various patches

Patch 1 adds a compatible string for the A83T CCU to the sunxi-ccu
bindings.

Patch 2 adds a CLK_GET_PHASE_NOCACHE flag to the clk core, asking it
not to cache clock phase values. This is similar to CLK_GET_RATE_NOCACHE.
Patch 5 has a compile time dependency on this patch, for the flag value.

Patch 3 adds a new class of phase clocks that check the new timing mode
bit, and returns an error if it is set, which indicates the phase delays
no longer apply. This is a clean way to signal which timing mode the mmc
clock is in, without using any custom functions or callbacks. We don't
support runtime switching of modes.

Patch 4 adds support for multiple variable pre-dividers to the sunxi-ng
mux class.

Patch 5 adds the driver for the A83T CCU.

Patch 6 adds the CCU device nodes, and fixes up any existing clock
phandles in the dtsi, without using the macros.

Patch 7 sets the clock accuracy for the main oscillator.

Patch 8 is for the next -rc2, switch the clock indices from raw numbers
to macros we introduced with the driver. This will be updated if more
peripherals are introduced in the same cycle.

The register offset for the lcd1-ch1 clock was incorrectly pointing to
the lcd0-ch1 clock. This resulted in the lcd0-ch1 clock being disabled
when the clk core disables unused clocks. This then stops the simplefb
HDMI output path.

and replace any existing placeholder clock phandles with the correct
ones.
