Subject: [PATCH] crypto: amcc - restore CRYPTO_AES dependency

This patch restores the CRYPTO_AES dependency. This is
necessary since some of the crypto4xx driver provided
modes need functioning software fallbacks for
AES-CTR/CCM and GCM.
