OK. The regmap I had proposed was excluding those based on the
datasheet I have, but you probably noticed.

Thanks for the analysis! And yes, I agree.

Adding new required properties to a DT binding is an ABI break,
therefore I was trying to ensure the binding is complete from
the start.
