I don't know the reason why this property is used in the recent
chipsets. Most likely a recommendation from HW folks to address some
stability issues. I need to dig the history.
I just realized that this property doesn't have a user on the smmu
driver side. I think we should drop this property from DT for now and
bring it in a separate series along with the smmu driver support.
