Add the kaanpali nodes for the True Random Number Generator (TRNG).

Tested-on: kaanapali-mtp
Testing:
- Boot the board and verify qcom_rng driver probe success.
- Validated rngtest utils
Steps followed:
- cat /sys/class/misc/hw_random/rng_available
- echo qcom_hwrng > /sys/class/misc/hw_random/rng_current
- cat /sys/class/misc/hw_random/rng_current
- cat /dev/random | rngtest -c 1000
