* [PATCH v6 1/9] of-graph: export symbol of_phandle_iterator_init/next
From: Kuninori Morimoto @ 2017-04-18 2:39 UTC (permalink / raw)
  To: Mark Brown, Rob Herring; +Cc: Linux-ALSA, Simon, Linux-DT
In-Reply-To: <87o9vuxx4e.wl%kuninori.morimoto.gx-zM6kxYcvzFBBDgjK7y7TUQ@public.gmane.org>

From: Kuninori Morimoto <kuninori.morimoto.gx-zM6kxYcvzFBBDgjK7y7TUQ@public.gmane.org>

of_for_each_phandle() uses of_phandle_iterator_init/next
but it isn't exported. So kernel module complile will say

ERROR: "of_phandle_iterator_init" [xxx.ko] undefined!
ERROR: "of_phandle_iterator_next" [xxx.ko] undefined!

This patch solved this issue

It should use same method to get same result.
To getting remote-endpoint node,
let's use of_graph_get_remote_endpoint()

This patch adds of_graph_get_port_parent()

* [PATCH v6 9/9] ASoC: add audio-graph-card support
From: Kuninori Morimoto @ 2017-04-18 2:46 UTC (permalink / raw)
  To: Mark Brown, Rob Herring; +Cc: Linux-ALSA, Simon, Linux-DT
In-Reply-To: <87o9vuxx4e.wl%kuninori.morimoto.gx-zM6kxYcvzFBBDgjK7y7TUQ@public.gmane.org>

From: Kuninori Morimoto <kuninori.morimoto.gx-zM6kxYcvzFBBDgjK7y7TUQ@public.gmane.org>

OF-graph base DT binding are used on V4L2, and ALSA SoC is using
different style of DT today. Now ALSA SoC supports simple-card driver
for generic/simple sound card.
In the future, V4L2 / ALSA will support HDMI, and then, DT bindings
between V4L2 / ALSA should be merged.
This patch adds new Audio Graph Card which is OF-graph base of
simple-card

This patch adds a quirk to disable USB 2.0 MAC linestate check
during HS transmit. Refer the dwc3 databook, we can use it for
some special platforms if the linestate not reflect the expected
line state(J) during transmission.

When use this quirk, the controller implements a fixed 40-bit
TxEndDelay after the packet is given on UTMI and ignores the
linestate during the transmit of a token (during token-to-token
and token-to-data IPGAP).

On some rockchip platforms (e.g. rk3399), it requires to disable
the u2mac linestate check to decrease the SSPLIT token to SETUP
token inter-packet delay from 566ns to 466ns, and fix the issue
that FS/LS devices not recognized if inserted through USB 3.0 HUB.

Hi Maxime,

Here are a few patches cleaning up sun8i-a83t.dtsi. These get rid
of known warnings and deprecated features. I'm sending these now
before I send patches that add new stuff.

Regards
ChenYu

skeleton.dtsi is deprecated. Remove it from sun8i-a83t.dtsi and add
the needed device nodes directly.

Also drop an extra, non-style-conforming line in the copyright license
header.

Kbuild now complains about leading zeroes in the address portion of
device node names.

Get rid of them.

In-Reply-To: <20170418042205.27894-1-wens-jdAy2FN1RRM@public.gmane.org>

The pinmux setting nodes all have an address element in their node
names, however the pinctrl node does not have #address-cells.

Rename the existing pinmux setting nodes and labels in sun8i-a83t.dtsi,
dropping identifiers for functions that only have one possible setting,
and using the pingroup name if the function is identically available on
different pingroups.

Compiling the DT file with W=1, DTC warns like follows:

Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): Node /opp_table0/opp@1000000000 has a
unit name, but no reg property

Fix this by replacing '@' with '-' as the OPP nodes will never have a
"reg" property.

Yes a minor conflict. I have sent the rebased version now, see if you
want to apply it directly or want arm-soc guys to do it.

* [PATCH v2] usb: dwc3: add disable u2mac linestate check quirk
From: William Wu @ 2017-04-18 5:17 UTC (permalink / raw)
  To: balbi, gregkh
  Cc: heiko, linux-kernel, linux-usb, linux-rockchip, devicetree,
	robh+dt, frank.wang, huangtao, dianders, briannorris, groeck,
	daniel.meng, wulf, William Wu

Applied, thanks!

Could you also create the node in the pine64 DTS (with an explicit
status = "disabled" in there) so that the overlay would be even easier
to make ?

Thanks,
Maxime
