Putting your name into the document four times seems ... excessive, and
asserting copyright seems downright wrong.  Can all of this please be
replaced with a simple "translated by" line, please?

Shouldn't we rather delete ext3.rst?  The filesystem has been gone for
five years, and if people are going to put work into the documentation,
I'd rather they put work into documentation that means something.
