Add description for scalar crypto ISA extensions which can now be
reported through hwprobe for userspace usage. These extensions are the
following:
- Zbkb
- Zbkc
- Zbkx
- Zknd
- Zkne
- Zknh
- Zkr
- Zksed
- Zksh
- Zkt
