Nothing in the tree parses atarimouse=. drivers/input/mouse/atarimouse.c
only takes a module parameter, and git log -S finds no __setup() for the
boot parameter anywhere in the git history, so the entry has been stale
since before it.
Drop the entry.
Found by cross-checking every documented name against the __setup(),
early_param() and core_param() registrations in the tree.

The code parsing this boot parameter disappeared in the conversion to
input drivers sometime between 2.4.33 and 2.6.18 (my fault entirely).
No one appears to have missed it all these years... thanks for taking
care of this!

pcmv= went away with commit 7aeffbf2ddec ("pcmcia: remove unused
pxa/sa1100 drivers"); nothing parses it any more.
Drop the entry.
Found by cross-checking every documented name against the __setup(),
early_param() and core_param() registrations in the tree.

pata_legacy no longer has qdi or winbond module parameters. The QDI
support went away with commit 0dcd0a76370a ("libata: remove no longer
needed pata_qdi driver") and the Winbond VLB support with commit
3c4d783f6922 ("ata: pata_legacy: remove VLB support"). The entries also
refer to CONFIG_PATA_QDI_MODULE and CONFIG_PATA_WINBOND_VLB_MODULE,
which do not exist either.
Drop both entries.
